Working Monday

Well for 5 years I have not worked outside of the home and today I went to work as a substitute at McKenzie's school. They called me on Friday and asked me if I would come and help out in the lunchroom. They had BBQ sandwiches, baked beans, and cold slaw. There was really no cooking because they had it catered in but it was a busy day. Continuous work from the time I got there to the time I left. McKenzie was so excited about me being there at her school. When her lunchtime came around she smiled and waved at me the whole time she was in there. It was so sweet. When her class was getting ready to go to recess she waved and waved at me and just kept blowing me kisses. When I got home I was so tired. My feet and back were killing me so I laid down and rested for a while.
