Horse Toy Run

Our local Sheriff's Office planed our first annul Horse Toy Run. I am sure you have heard of the Harley Run well they did a Horse Run. It was so neat to see all those horses coming down the road. Here are a few pictures from the Horse Run.

Been Busy

I have not posted in a while. It has been like a whirlwind around here, counting down the days until school is out for Christmas Break. Well today was the last day of school for 2 whole weeks. YEAH!!! McKenzie is so excited about being home for 2 weeks and not having to go anywhere. I just can not believe that Christmas is almost here. Seems like yesterday it was last Christmas. When I was little it took FOREVER for Christmas to get here now it is here before we know it.
I do hope that every one has a wonderful Christmas this year. My mom always makes me so sad on Christmas because she will always say "I hope there are not any little children that wake up on Christmas Morning without any presents". It makes me so sad to think there are people out there that do not have the money for Christmas. So to you and yours have a Merry Christmas and a Happy 2009!!!
Here are a couple more pictures of McKenzie's playhouse we added a new item to her decorations. Hope you enjoy.

Yes Momma's birthday was this weekend. The 15th to be exact. She turned 59! She was not feeling well at all bless her heart. But she did grin and bear it and we went to Outback in Greenwood. It was really good. We have not been to Outback in a long time so it was different and good! Here are a few pictures.

Haven't posted in a few day

Its been really busy!! I have worked at the school every day this week!! =-) Monday I had 7.8.9th graders and then Tuesday and Wed I helped out in the lunchroom. I just can not say enough how sweet the kids are, they are always saying please and thank you. That is just so sweet. McKenzie did not know I was going to be there today because she was already on the way to school with her daddy when I got the call so that was a nice surprise for her. =-)
When we got home this afternoon it was such a nice day we stayed outside for a little while and I took some pictures of the trees around the house. McKenzie was riding her mustang so of course I took a few of her. Here are some of those pictures.

Last week of October! =-o

Cute picture for today!!
I just love pugs!! Wish I had one!

Can you believe that this is the last week of October??? Goodness where does the time go?? Before we know it we will be putting up the Christmas Tree and Ol' Santa will be making his way to town! This has been a pretty good week so far. I worked at the school on Monday and will be there for a little while in the morning.
McKenzie gets to wear her PJ's to school again tomorrow. It is Drug Free week at school so they all the kids were told to wear PJ's in honor of "Follow Your Dreams" It is so fun for the kids when they can wear their PJ's to school.
Well until next time!!

Show and Tell

Don't you love this picture!

Anyway today was McKenzie's show and tell day so Robbie went to be her show and tell. He dressed in his SORT outfit, took his shield, and hat. He told the kids about what he did and and why he wore that outfit. When they asked a few questions they went out to look at his car and I think that was the hit of the entire show and tell. The kids loved looking at the car and seeing the lights. He even hit the siren for the kids one time.
It was fun for all
Until next time.

Maize, Pumpkin Carving and Boo in the Zoo

We had a full and exciting weekend starting Sat. Friday was a rainy day so we stayed in and did nothing. Saturday we went to the Maize and got completely lost! Ha! But isn't that what you are suppose to do? When we got home we carved pumpkins. McKenzie drew a face on one of hers, it was really cute. Then on Sunday we went to Boo in the Zoo. There were so many people there it was crazy. We like going there though because she gets really good candy and things there. So here are some pictures from our weekend.
Until next time.
